Jerome Stevens Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (JSP) confirmed today that it is not affected nor is affiliated with the current recall of digoxin. JSP continues to manufacture a safe and effective digoxin product.

JSP manufactures digoxin for the Lannett Co. and are working to increase production to supply additional material to combat the recent recall. Prescribers, physicians, pharmacists, and health care professionals are encouraged to prescribe and dispense the Digoxin generic under the Lannett label.

JSP also manufactures UNITHROID, the first FDA-approved levothyroxine sodium product to treat hypothyroidism. They also manufacture a generic levothyroxine sodium tablet and Butalbital-Aspirin-Caffeine-Codeine (BACC).
